Great progress Rob! There's four keys to success to reaching 100 pushups:
1) Nutrition: eat good food!
2) Rest: do pushups no more frequently than every other day to allow your muscles to recover.
3) Commitment: 10 weeks is a long time, but if you stick to it you will see the results.
4) The wall: many people hit a wall at a certain number of reps. Push through the wall and you will achieve your goals (we know - we've seen our stats!)

Good luck!
