			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Do you ever wonder why God doesn&#8217;t always answer prayer in as quick a fashion as you&#8217;d like?</p>

<p>I&#8217;m realizing that it&#8217;s making me go back to the Bible for the promises I can say, &#8220;How long?&#8221; to. I&#8217;m not comfortable going to my life of ease, my video games, my naps, and my favorite foods. I feel inclined, no, I feel a <em>hunger</em> for going to the words of God.</p>

<p>&#8220;Man won&#8217;t be able to live on bread alone,&#8221; Jesus said, &#8220;But on every word that proceeds out of God&#8217;s mouth.&#8221; (Deut. 8:3; Matt. 4:4)</p>

<p>How about you? What are some things you&#8217;ve learned about prayers that weren&#8217;t imediately answered?</p>
